Lead Generator
Everyone starts out in this department. You will be given telephone numbers that are prescreened, and you will also be provided with a script to read. You will not have to sell anything. Your job will be to provide information, and ask callers if the would like further information. Not only will you earn a base pay, but you will also be given an opportunity to earn daily and weekly bonuses. Advancement opportunities may be offered to you after 2-3 weeks of working with the company.

Recruiting
As a recruiter for NHCD, you will be provided with applicants from NHCD. Your job will be to interview and hire these applicants. You may also recruit your own applicants, providing you maintain NHCD guidelines, and not compromise their excellent reputation. This position also has daily and weekly bonuses. The part-time average earnings for a recruiter is $150-$200 per week.
Sales Representative
As a sales representative you will be calling back prescreened leads, that already know about the company, and are expecting your call. You will then give them a price quote on their prescriptions. You will not have to cold call. A sales rep earns $20-$30 per sale. On average, a part time sales rep earns $400-$500 per week. You can move into this position after as little as 2-3 weeks with the company.
Lead Management
As management you will be taking care of a group of reps. Your job will not differ from that of any other management job. You will hire, train, and motivate your reps. Management pay will be based upon the performance of their team.
Employment Requirements
You must have a computer with internet access, a landbased (home) telephone, and a printer. NHCD provides you with all other materials ,training, support, and an access code for your phone which pays for your long distance as you will be talking to people all over the country. For your access code to be activated, NHCD will pay for one half of the cost, and you pay a COMPLETELY REFUNDABLE deposit for the other half, which is $69. Your deposit will refunded to you after your 5th week of working with the company, and 500 presentations. We ask for this refundable deposit because we want to ensure that the people we hire are serious about working, and so that NHCD does not incur a loss. This completely refundable deposit can be made by debit card, credit card, check by phone, or third party checks.
